It was a great pleasure to work with Ioanna from “For Good Times”! The baptism of our Babyboy took place in the very difficult Covid-19 times, but she made us forget about all the circumstances. We went to Ioanna without having any idea what we wanted to do or what main theme we would like to follow, but since she has so many great ideas she could guide us and made out of one word the most beautiful and unique Dino- baptism we could imagine. Also for our big daughter, who wanted to participate in the preparations, she had the sweetest ideas. So, our daughter painted a picture and wrote by herself the text for the invitation. That made her very proud and our invitations unique. While planning the baptism, we needed to change some things, but this was no problem for Ioanna. All issues that came up were resolved in a very friendly and professional way. There are no words to describe her engagement! But the most important thing is, that she loves what she is doing! Event Flow Coordination

  • Plus (1) Assistant
  • Ensure proper flow of event timetable
  • Help guests locate their escort cards and dining tables
  • Be aware of the timing of catering service and make sure people are served promptly
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the event
  • Prevent and Fix any problems that may arise during the event

Event flow coordination ends by the time that all timetable events are complete
